Let us introduce ourselves.
Growing up in the small West Texas town of Wall, it was easy to be involved in everything. Chad participated in football, basketball and track & field, as well as, being active in FFA. He then went on to earn a B.S. degree from Texas A&M while on a track & field athletic scholarship.
Upon graduation, Chad went to work in Austin for a premier landscape company that was eventually acquired by a publicly-held national landscape company. During his time there, he was one of the youngest branch managers in the company. Then pursuing a long-held dream, Chad founded Terra Vista.
Chad is married to his college sweetheart, Laura, and has two boys and one girl. Chad is active in his church and coaches his kids in their sporting events. He is an avid bow-hunter and loves spending time in the field and with his family.
Laura graduated from Waller High School where she was an active member of the FFA. She grew up riding horses and showing livestock. Her love of agriculture led her to earn a B.S. degree from Texas A&M.
After a brief career with the Texas Department of Agriculture, Laura earned her teaching certificate in elementary education. Once she had her oldest son, she decided to stay at home with the children.
Laura is now the full-time Business Administrator for Terra Vista handling all aspects of bookkeeping, human resources, and office duties. She is also very active at church where she teaches Sunday School and youth Small Group. She loves to camp, decorate, and play with the kids.
